RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE SEMI-ANNUAL REVIEW OF
CLOSED SESSION MINUTES AND APPROVAL OF CLOSED SESSION MINUTES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, pursuant to Section
2.06 of the Open Meetings Act:
SECTION ONE: On March 18,2024,the Corporate Authorities of the Village reached
consensus to approve the following Closed Session minutes:
September 18, 2023 December 4, 2023 January 2,2024
January 16,2024 February 5,2024 March 4,2024
SECTION TWO: The Corporate Authorities of the Village determine that the need for
confidentiality still exists with regard to the consensus on all minutes listed in
Section One and to the extent required by law,the approval of said minutes is
hereby ratified and approved.
SECTION THREE: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
