Meeting called to order at 8:00
It was decided to make the following recomendat ions to the Village
Board
Engineering Spec, a letter from the Village Engineer to be attached
to report
Village Engineer Or Developers Engineer to certify as to lot sizes
All streets passing through or fronting on multiple-family areas
to be secondary streets and pavements to be 37 feet. Our reasons are
due to heavy traffic and extra praking.
That wording of plat to be changed to read as follows reserved for
public use rather than reserved for park. Our reasons so thatarea
may be used for park or school or what ever pubkic use the Village
deems necessary.
That location of public stand area be moved to front on one street
rather than four streetss as shown also 60 foot easments for access
to public land area from the muotiple family area on the east.
Reasons at the purchase date of the land cost will only include
street improvements on one side of public land area. The exsisting
public land area as shown surronded by four improved streets
would make the cost prohibitive at a future purchase date.
D. Palmer made the motion that the plate be aproved with revisions
as made er Gramer made a second to the motion

Libary site was discussed G. Krug mentioned that the property shoulded
be rezoned for g la1}e- special use. Also dicussed was street lighting
a plat will be made up prig tr to final plat.
K. Lewis made motion to adjourn, Krug second. Meeting adjourned at 10:30
