Pl am er Meeting called to by Chairman Racette at 8:15 There were no reports from corpmittee members. The has had acesse to sign ordananee June and has riot acted upon it as yet. Accesory building overhangs were dicussed some overhangs were encroaching upon main buildings. The Plan Commissions members discussed there opinions Hux cold, Palmer , Race tte3 8tasal i. add . Wilhelm and conculded that this matter was out of their juristiction and personally were in favor of allowing the Homeowners their choice of overhangs and attachments to main buildings. • Finance Chairman wqs asked if the Plan Commission could acquire a Typewriter we were told there were enough Hands. Mr. Skupien and Mr. Doetch wanted to know what zoning they could expect if annexed B2 was suggested by Mr . Huxhold Mr. Doetch though B2. was too restrictive it was then suggested that Special Use be requested for more expansive zoning The Plan Commission reelt- ommended B2 Mr. Doetch aired the feasibility of B3. Mr. Skupien willing to annex as B2. After discussion Racette and Palmer would concede to B3. Wilhelm and Stasal stuck to B2. with opens that Specisl Use be grants* if compatible with good planning . Mr. Wilhelm moved that the meeting be adjourned Seconded by Palmer Meeting . d j ourned at 10: 00 Notes by C. Wilhelm- Idiay 3, 1962 The Village Board of Buffalo Grove Gentlmen; The Following is a report of the activities of the Plan Commission The Plan Commission had it ' s regular meeting orf Thursday April 26, 1962. Mr . Skupien and ?rr . Doetch also attended the meeting. They were interesed in what zoing' -they would expect i f annexed to the Village of Buffalo Grove. Bw. Zoing was suggested. Mr. Doetch thought that 132. was too restrictive it was also suggested that Special use be requested for more expansive zoing. The Plan Commission recommended "B2. zoing. Mr . Doetch stated again that B2 was too restricti -re and aired the feasibility of B3. Mr. Skupien said he was willing to annex as B2. After further discussion two members would concede to B3. The others with B2. , with opinions that special uses be granted tf compatible with good planning. We again would like to call attention to the Board that they were presended with the sign orda.naace in June of 1961 we would like the Board to act upon this as soon as possible.
