Buffalo Grove. Mr. Dean discussed some of his Ideas for devolement of new,/
annexed lands. He mentioned that a preliminary maybe ready to be submitted
by the next Plan Commission meeting.

hi. The chairman fowarded a flood control ordanance to our Planning-Consulant
to review and give his recanendation to the 'Zan Commission at the next meeting.
The ordanance was given to us by Tom Edwards.
.12. The Plan Commission will check with the school district in reguarda to
population of our village to aid in planning future School locations.
0. Bo sketches were submit ed for proposed 'lunicappal 9uilding. Sane ideas
will be presented by the next meeting.
"4. The Plan Commission received no plans for the Gas Station at Buffalo Grove
and Pundee roads. This being a planned Shopping Center the lan ;T'ommission
felt that we should have been fowarded a plan of this before tie permit wile
issued. The Plan Commission would like the board to direct the Vila_-;e Clerk
to give a copy of the Planned Shopping area:, to the Plan Commission for Luther
stud►.
5. a motion w,.s made and seconeed and all were in favor that the Plan Commisitn
request the Board to amend the ordanance reguarding final plate. That allfinal
plats be rewarded to the Plan omission and returned to the Board with our
recomendations.
6. Sin Ordananee be adopted as written with one change Page 9 section 20
first two sentences omitted last sentence left in.
`7. I. Motion was made and eeconded and majority were is favor of having an
ordanance drafted reeervsing the right of the PL.n ::ammission to name the
streets of all plats.
C. Request the Board to reappoint Norman Kortcs sect. cnd Charles ilhelit
member, to the Plan Commission. Their terms expire suguet 10, 1962
