October 25, 1962 the Buffalo Grove Planning Commission held its
regular meeting.
In attendance were representatives from the two school districts
which would be affected by the addition of Glen Grove Subdivision.
We discussed the problems facing the school districts. The Plan-
ning Commission asked each school district to submit in writing
what they feel would be minimum requirements regarding size of
school sites, number of sites, etc.
An amendment to the Buffalo Grove Zoning Ordinance was discussed.
This is in reference to adding an 0 & R (Office and Research)
District. All members, in attendance were in favor of a sample
ordinance (from Lake County) which was read. A few changes were
made on this ordinance.

A Public Hearing will be held Nov i 51 i 962. to discuss this
amendment.
The next regular meeting of the Buffalo Grove Planning Commission
will be held November 29, 1962.
