Old Business; Reading of the notes of the last special meeting of the Plan
Commission.
Chairman opened meeting to questions from the floor. Mr. French asked for a
breakdown of Lake County part of the proposed P}an. Mr. Hooper answered this
question. Gross area in Lake County 719 acre. Public land 55.4 acres.
Schools 15 acres %of total Parks and school s 9.8% No. of lots 1374 Multipal
family units 991. Total population 8166. Total of school 2750
Mr. French of school district 96 said this school district would like to get
two school sites. Chairman Grazier asked the schools to write letters to the
Plan Commission telling us what the schools needs are.
Oand R. zoning sample ordinance was read by Chairman Grainer all mem'gers
present were in favor.
A motion was made and a conded and all were in favor of publication of legal
notice of amenm.ent to zoning ordenance a special meeting 'iould be held isov. 15
