Visi- tor: Lou Hefter. \ow' Meeting called to order at 8:15 P.M. Chuck Wilhelm made the motion to approve the January 9 minutes as read. Norman Kortus seconded the motion. All in favor. George Krug made the motion to accept the January 23 minutes as . read. Edward Fabish seconded the motion. All in favor. Chuck Wilhelm made the motion to approve the February 3 minutes as read. Edward Fabish seconded the motion. George Krug abstained. Chuck Wilhelm, Norman Kortus, Edward Fabish, aye. The Vernon Area Planning Board had no meeting this month, although they did put out a news letter to keep the commission up to date. The County Board of Supervisors approved the rezoning of a petition by Henry Etscher for the operation of a chocolate molding business in Prairie View. The Board of Supervisors also approved the petition of Dr. Dwight Barcroft for a memorial park cemetary on Rt. 145. The Board of Super- visors unaminoucly denied the petition of William Freeding and William Buiten for a 67 acre sanitary land fill on So. Milwaukee Avenue. KING'S COURTS APARTMENTS Mr. Lou Hefter prese _ted the commission one plan for the area bounded by Buffalo Grove Hoad and the east lot line of Crestview Ter- race and Buffalo Creek and bounded on the north and south by Buffalo Creek and St. Mary's Pkwy.
