PROCEDJRES CO' t'I'TTEE: A special meeting of the Procedures Committee is to be
held Monday, March 30 at Jack Zodrow's home.
SCREEN PLwNTIG ORDIN^_NCE: Screen planting will be discussed in detail when
the commission deals with the revisions of the subdivision ordinance.
KING'S COURT :PAR T E ITS: A letter dated March 7, 1964 was delivered to Mr.
Hefter by Chuck Ydlhelm detailing 27 incomplete points that have to be
cleaned up by Mr. Hefter.
NEW BUSINESS: The commission discussed Buffalo Grove's part in the plan of
a north-south road between Half Day and Arlington Heights. After a de-
tailed discussion of various routes and also a proposal to realign Route
83, the commission was advised by John Hooper to obtain an aerial photo-
graph of the area involved so as to give the members a better perspective
to help with further planning. Since Bill Weiskopf, Chairman of the
Finance Committee, was present, the commission asked for appropriations
to obtain the aerial survey.
Edward Fabish made the motion to adjourn. Jack Zodrow second-
ed the motion. All in favor. Meeting adjourned at 10:15 P.M.
