'ass that there would be enough, but the total area ?as not clearly defined.
Gregg Builders did not submit a traffic survey, merely a traffic count.
They asked if the traffic survey could be waived by the commission because of
the small impact that new traffic would have en the Village in relation to the
shopping center.
dL schedule of construction stated that construction date -would start
June 15 and the anticipated completion date was December 15.
.a statement of all ownership in the business center was in the name of
Gregg Builders. *r statement of the types of businesses proposed was as
follows: Jewel food, a drug store, variety store, barber shop, beauty shop,
cleaners, la'andromat, shoe store, bakery, clothing store and offices.
In the area directly north of the shopping canter which will not be built
on et this time, : r. AI i^mh proposed to plant grass and for a fee of 41.00
per year would lease it to the Buffalo Grove Park District for their use until
such time as it ras built on.
It was noted that the 24 month period from the date of the special permit
had expired. The builders were asked to give the locations on: sizes of the
signs for the business center .and they said they would have them at the next
meeting along with the architectls sketch and landscaping plan.
Ken Lewis made the motion to adjourn this meeting to June 2 at d:00 at
the Alcott School. Ed rabish seconded the motion. ^1l in favor. :`oeting
