feet and the parking area 162,000 square feet which is mere than the required
3 to I ratio.
The floor level of Rick Caesare's Bowling flay is the same as the shop-
ping center.
1he architect's sketches and landscaping plan was submitted along with
Sign locations and sizes. r.l Frank stated that although not all outside
lighting was shown, it would be more than adequate.
Eduard Fabish made the motion to recommend the approvement of the Ranch
. art clammed shoccing center as presented with two variations:
1. ::a.ive the requira=t for a traffic survey.
2. 'aaive the 24 month period of the special use permit, as shown on
the attached exhibit "°i' pages 1, 2, 3, L, 5 and 6, (a. letter ducted ay 27,
1961.E to the plan Commission by Gregg Builders).
Norm Kortus seconded the motion. 11 those present in favor.
A work shop meeting was planned for June 9, 1964,, 0:00 2. ., f Cott
