MEN PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE: Mr. Venetianer asked many questions to clarify
what he thought might be ambiguous sections. Nis point being that official
interpretation might be diffienit to apply. The commission mad Mr. Hooper
explained most of these questions satisfactorily. There were a few minor
points that needed siaplifteation.
Ken Lewis made the motion to adjourn the public hearing. Alex Stasal
seconded it. AU in favor. Hearing adjourned at 9:30 P.H.
MINUTES OF PLAN, COMMISSION
Regular eessmission meeting called to order at 9:35 P.Y.
Ken Lewis made the notion to accept the October 12, October 29 and
December 10 minutes as read. Alex Stasal seconded it. All in favor.
After work on a few of the minor points Ed Venetianer raised at the
public hearing and instructing John Hooper to rewrite these parts, Ken
Lewis aads the motion to recommend to the village board the approval of
the new oamprehensive village ordinance as presented in exhibit I1.
Norm Kortus seconded it. AU in favor.
Len Lewis made the motion to adjourn. Ed Fabish seconded it. All
in favor.
Meeting adjourned at 10:15 P.Y.
