After publication of a notice fora public hearing
on liey 15 1965 regarding the re-son o Davero's
re•subdivi �sion of part of Lot 14 and all of Lot 15 of
unit number one in Buffalo Crave, it was the unanimous
decision of the five membe s present to males the following
recommendations to the Village Board,
The Plan Commission recommends that the Village
Board accept the re•subdivision of_part of Lot 14 and all
of Lot 15 of unit number one and further recommends that
the zoning be changed from R3 to R5. This will permit the
construction of two single family units.
