PRESENT: Mora Kortus, Ken Lewis, Ray Barbel, Alex Stasal, John Hooper,
Ed Fabish.
RICKARD BROWN SUBDIVISION: John Hooper gave the commission a general
background on the Brown subdivision:
Approximately 135 acres total.
R-5 79 acres 301. units
R-7 24 acres 164 units
R-9 23 acres 495 units, none would be 3-bedroom.
Alex Stasal made the motion to have a public hearing on the
Richard Brown Subdivision on
September 16, 1965 at N:00 P.M. at the Village Hall.
Ed Fabish made the motion to adjourn. Norm Kortus second.
