REGULAR PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
PRESENT: Alex Stasal, Ray Burbey, Norm Kortus, Ralph DuSold, Ed Fabish.
VISITORS: Richard Brown, Mrs. iilex Stasal, Rex Lewis, Derek Palmer,
Spencer Dunham (Civil Engineer), Bill leiskopf, Edward M. Levin (Attorney),
Chuck Wilhelm.
Meeting called to order at 8:10 P.M.
RICHARD BROWN SUBDIVISION: Mr. Brown presented a pre-preliminary plan of
his subdivision which has been named Cambridge. After much discussion and
study, it was agreed by the commission that the access roads to Dundee Rd.
be cut from five to two. The sewer and water is to be furnished by Buffalo
u Utility. The sidewalks were to be put in as development grows. Mr. Brown
said he would revise the plans for the Public Hearing on September 17, 1965.
Ray Burbey made the motion to adjourn. Alex Stasal second. All
in favor.
Meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
