Continuation of public hearing on application by the Buffalo Utility Company of a special use permit for a lift station near the intersection of Golfview Terrace and 'Offalo Grove Road. Since the pettioners were not present to state thaiz cause, Ray Axen made the motion to table discussion until the next regualr meeting date of Nay 25, 1967, at 8100 P.M. Isaac Moore seconded. All in favor. Hearing adjourned at 8830 P.M. PLAN. COpISS IONJUS7XNG Regular meeting "Ailed to order at 8830 P.N. The preliminary Platt of land called ST*ATHDO*i NORTH was discussed by John Hooper, who made the following suggestion's 1. That lots 110, 661-666, 381 and 382 be removed from the platt in order to bring the preliminary platt into agree- ment with the public land as per the pre-annexation agree- ment. 2. That there be an additional easement walkway into the 27 \./ acre park. 3. That the road south of Lots 211 and 380 to be dedicated as Farrington Drive. Continue40 -2- It has been decided that the Plan Commission meeting date will be changed from the third Thursday of the month to the third Wednesday of the month commencing June 21st. The main reason being the change of Village Board meeting nights. There is to be a public hearing on May 25, 1967 at 8t00 P.M. on a request of variation in the Pence Ordinance. The request was made by Mrs. J. Derdzinski of 499 Pt. Mary's Pkwy. A letter of resignation from Marcy Mathis was read by Alex nasal, who accepted the resignation. Alex !nasal then said that he would recommend to the Village Board that Norm Dobbins and George Xrug be appointed to the Plan Commission. A clarification of the lot line setback in the zoning ordinance was requested of the Plan Commission. Mr. Hooper pointed out that setuback must, at all times, be a minimum of 25 feet, parallel to the lot line. Ray Axen made the motion of adjourn. Norm Kotus seconded the motion. All in favor.
