1967-05-25 - Plan Commission - Minutes PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES May 25, 1967 PU _LIC HEARING Attendance: A. Stasal, H. Cimaglio, E. Fabish, I. Moore, R. Burby, N. Dobbin, T. Finnegan The Public Hearing was opened at 8:15 P.M. Due to the failure of any witnesses from the Buffalo Utility Company to appear, the previously adjourned hearing regarding U the lift station located at the corner of Golf View Terrace and Buffalo Grove Rd. is again adjourned until June 21, 1967 at 8:00 P.M. There was a request for a variation in the fencing ordinance made by Mr. J. Derdzinski, 499 St. Mary' s Pkwy. No other witnesses in attendance. Discussion followed. The resulting recommendations were made; (1) To have the fence follow the house line on the side, thereby alleviating any need for a variation. (2 ) To plant a row of stickler type bushes (barberry) Ray Burby moved to deny the variation. Tom Finnegan seconded. All in favor. Ed Fabish moved to adjourn. Ray Burby seconded. Meeting adjourned at 9:07 P.M. . . REGULAR MEETING The regular meeting started at 9:07 P.M. It was noted that the budget for the following year for the Plan Commission was $8150.00 total. There will be a public hearing on a lift station in the Cambridge developement on June 21. This will be put in conjuction with the lift station public hearing which was adjourned until June 21. A general discussion followed regarding the plans for future meetings. Ed Fabish moved to adjourn. Isaac Moore seconded. All in favor. Meeting adjourned at 9:45 P.M. Respectfully Submitted H. M.
