July 19, 1967
REGULAR MEETING
Attendance : A. Stasal, R. Axen, H. Cimaglio, N. Dobbin,
T. Finnegan, N. Kortus
The meeting was called to order at 8:05 P.M. by A. Stasal.
The minutes of the last meeting should be corrected to show that
the public hearing was for only the first lift station which is
located at Golfview and Buffalo Grove Roads.
The public hearing for the first lift station is again postponed
until August 23rd, again due to the failure of the Utility to
be present.
Mr. R. Brown requested approval of a final plat for the
Cambridge Countryside Unit Six. He stated that he would be
building only single family dwellings instead of the multiple
dwellings originally requested.
A discussion followed regarding the questions of adequacy of
sewage treatment and storm drainage. It was felt that any
decisions made would have to be resolved at the board level.
Other discussion was made regarding traffic flow.
R. Axen moved to accept the plat as submitted. N. Kortus
seconded. There was one dissenter. H. Cimaglio stated there
should be a road into the Buffalo Highlands , and would like
more information relative to the storm flow to the south-
east corner of Unit Six.
There was no further discussion regarding a float by the
Plan Commission to be entered in the Buffalo Grove Days
• Parade.
There being no other new or old business at hand, T. Finnegan
moved to adjourn. R. Axen seconded. All in favor.
