REGULAR MEETING
Attendance : E. Fabish, A. Stasal, I. Moore, N. Kortus, H. Cimaglio
R. Axen, N. Dobbin, T. Finnegan, C. Giebelhausen
The regular monthly meeting was originally scheduled for November
15, 1967. Only E. Fabish and A. Stasal were in attendance, and
,-, the meeting was postponed until November 22, 1967.
R. Axen moved to approve the minutes of both the Public Hearing and
the regular Plan Commission meeting minutes. T. Finnegan seconded.
E. Fabish read a letter from Mr. Harold D. Friedman stating that
he is requesting rezoninz of land from single family to R-9. There
was no description of the land in question and therefore no answer
could be given to the letter. A Public hearing is to be scheduled.
A general discussion regarding the amount of R-9 zoning followed.
The breakdown on R-9 zoning is as follows :
Cambridge 400
Shopping Center 798 -
Arlington Hts . & Dundee 144
St. Mary' s & Buffalo Grove Rd. 158
1500
Not included in the above 1500 figure is 25 acres - or approximately
400 units to be located on the east side of the new golf course.
This would put the present amount of units under R-9 zoning. at 1900.
