Regular Meeting

Meeting was opened at 8 :15 P.M.
Meeting hall was being used for a religious meeting. R. Axen
moved to adjourn until 8:00 P.M. January 3, 1968. I. Moore
seconded. All in favor. Meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.

Adjourned regular meeting
Attendance: E. Fabish, A. Stasal, I. Moore, R. Axen,
H. Cimaglio, C. Giebelhausen, T. Finnegan
R. Axen moved to approve the minutes of November 22, 1967.
A. Stasal seconded. All in favor.
There will be a meeting with village trustees on January 9, 1967
regarding updating and revising the comprehensive plan for the
village.
There was a request for approval of a platt of dedication.
Described as 50' deep - 200' wide immediately north of Dundee
Road and 767' west of Arlington Heights Road. Already approved
by the Village Board. C. Giebelhausen moved to approve the platt.
R. Axen seconded. All in favor.
There will be four public hearings on January 17, 1968. They
are as follows :
(1) LaSalle National Bank Trust #30973 of April 24, 1964.
33 i/3 acres to be used as industrial or multiple family.
located near the north west junction of Aptakisic and Route 83.
(2) Annexation petition from Mary Creely, also known as
Mary Meadows. Petition covers lots 5 and 6 in the Dun-lo
Highlands south of Dundee Road. Request property to be
zoned as B-1.
(3) Chicago Title and Trust #43838 dated October 30, 1961.
Parcel "A" requested as commercial use. 4.9 acres located at the
corner of Route 83 and Arlington Hts. Road. Parcel "B" requested
as residential use. 90 acres bounding parcel "A".
(4) Petition for rezoning to R-9. Property immediately
adjacent to the Glen Grove Area. East, South and West of the
golf course.
T. Finnegan moved to adjourn. C. Giebelhausen seconded. All
in favor. Meeting adjourned at 9:15 P.M.
