BUFFALO GROVE PLAN COMMISSION
May 8, 1974
Chairman Carl Genrich called the meeting to order at 8 :15 p.m. ,
May 8, 1974, in the Municipal Building, 50 Raupp Boulevard.
Commissioners Present : Mr. Genrich, Chairman

Mr. Harris
Mr. Goldspiel
Mr. Shields
Mr. Gamm
Mr. Haarr
Commissioners Absent : Mr. Mendenhall
Chairman Genrich signed the final plats of Grand Spaulding Dodge
and the Bank of Buffalo Grove.
Commissioner Haarr reported on a letter he received from Mr. Robert
H. Goldman concerning the Winslowe Apartment Project. The letter
requested the Plan Commission to approve the dedication of a
service street to Cook County. Mr. Goldman will be put on the
agenda for the meeting of May 15, 1974.
Commissioner Goldspiel reported on the President 's Round Table
meeting which he attended on April 29, 1974. He stated what the
Village might do in terms of the bicentennial was discussed, and
the possibility of creating parks or bicycle paths was a possible
reality. Commissioner Goldspiel also attended the Board of Trustees
meeting on May 6 and reported the Oak Creek final plat was tabled,
the Buffalo Grove National Bank was approved and the Grand Spaulding
Dodge final plat was approved.
Commissioner Haarr stated in relation to Plaza Verde meeting with
the Zoning Board of Appeals on May 15, prior to their meeting with
the Plan Commission, it may be a good idea to have a representative
of the Plan Commission at that meeting. Commissioner Gamm will
attend this meeting for the Plan Commission.
The meeting adjourned at 9 :05 p.m. .
