A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISED 2024 PAY RANGES
FOR VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, on December 5,zo23,the Village President and Board of Trustees adopted the
VilLage of Buffalo Grove's fiscal year 2oz4 budget;and
WHEREAS,on December 5,2023,the Village President and Board of Trustees approved the
2024 pay ranges;and
WHEREAS,the 2024 pay ranges have been revised so that they are more accurately aligned
vciith both the internal and external labor market.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follovcis:
SECTION s. The Village of Buffalo Grove does hereby approve the revised zo24 Pay Ranges for
ViLlage of Buffalo Grove EmpLoyees(attached).
SECTION 2. The revised 2024 Pay Ranges vvill become effective upon approval, unless noted
othervvise vciithin the attached Pay Range document or applicable coLlective bargaining agreement.
