MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY OF THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 50 RAUPP BOULEVARD,
BUFFALO GROVE, ILLINOIS ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2015
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by
Public Comment
New Business
1. Mobilecomm Cab VHF Radio Repair(Diamond)
Lt. Russell has radio to be sent for repairs.
Back up radio is in it's place.
2. ITECS4 update (Zucker)
DuPage County EMA - meet in Wheaton to review recourses.
3. Will-Burt mast maintenance update (Zucker)
Repairs went very well. Should be 15 years before needed more maintenance (major).
Oil changed. Maintenance is located on CD.
Old Business
1. Uniform update
Dave Morton will send pictures of logo.

Police Department Report
NONE
Fire Department Report
1. Consideration of meeting date and time change. 3rd Monday of the month at
6:00pm
Third Monday of the month at 6:00pm. Could be tough with work schedules.
2. Addition of Water Meter Reading Antenna at Sta.26 (Beverly Sussman)
Informational document reviewed.
3. Addition of RF antenna to cover missing quadrant(installed but not operational)
Reviewed.
4. VH camera
Even with BG Days being moved to a different location, group is concerned with
EOC security.
If removed, group would like to re-purpose it to another use.
