Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairman Elliott Hartstein
Approval of Minutes

Old Business
Ivan Carlson Survey Discussion
The commission discussed the presentation that Ivan Carlson made at the previous meeting. The
commission decided to utilize the information provided by Ivan Carlson to plan a smaller event.
Staff was directed to assess the level of community interest in an event as well as a possible pool
of volunteers.
New Business
Art Calendar Contest
The commission concurrent with Chairman Hartstein's proposal to continue the with Youth Art
Calendar Contest program.
Village Report
Band Concert
Village staff requested that any commission member who is interested in volunteering at the
upcoming band concert please confirm as soon as possible.
