Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairman Elliott Hartstein

Old Business
A. Discussion and Approval of Event Planning Services with Ivan Calrson
Staff provided the commission with the status of the planning process. Chairman
Hartstein requested that Ivan Carlson make a presentation to the commission in the
coming months.
New Business
A. Discussion of 2017 Calendar and Events
The commission discuss the activities that it would like to undertake during 2017. The
Commission decided to move forward with the Halloween Lawn Decorating Contest,
finding a location for a sculpture garden, as well as the Ivan Carlson project.
