A. Discussion of Community and Group Outreach =
The commission would like to reach out to members of the Arts Community to an
upcoming meeting to discuss areas that the commission could potentially partner. A list c
will be presented at the January meeting and they will be invited to the February or March 2
meeting. C

B. American Enterprise Bank Reception a
The reception will be held on 11/16 and all the commissioners will be reminded before
the event. '

C. New Ideas
Several new ideas were discussed. These included the hosting of an event to go with the
Halloween Yard Decorating Contest. The commission also discussed a banner/fire
hydrant painting contest. Staff was directed to gather information from Legal Counsel to
insure no violations of the First Amendment.

A. Community Fund Update
Staff provided an updated regarding the ongoing discussions with the Lake County
Community Foundation.
