There were six artists in October and everyone was very receptive to the Artists League's
participation in the market. The commission directed staff to reach out to the Farmers
Market Committee to discuss a further partnership during the February meeting. c

The Commission requested staff to put together a Surveymonkey with all the entries to U
judge.

C. Update on Youth Arts Calendar Judging
Any commission members who are able to attend should arrive at American Enterprise
Bank at 9:00 am for judging.

Village Report
During the Village Report staff provided an update to the commission regarding the Board of Trustee's
recent Committee of the Whole discussion regarding the possibility of partnering with the Lake County
Community Foundation to establish a Donor Advised Fund.
