Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairman Elliott Hartstein
Approval of Minutes
Old Business
Landscaping Contest
The Commission discussed the voting procedures for Landscaping Contest. It was decided that
voting would take place via SurveyMonkey.
Sculpture Garden Visit Recap
The commissioners who attended the Sculpture Garden Tour reported on tour.
Event Planner Update
Staff was directed for follow up with the Ivan Carlson and Associates and the Village Manager's
Office regarding projects next steps.
New Business
Halloween Decorating Contest
The Commission decided to formally move forward with the Halloween Decorating Contest. The
commission will have official rules prepared for the next meeting.
Village Report
Band Update
The band has a concert on October 30th.
