1. Call to Order
Chairman Hartstein called the meeting to order at 7:10pm
2. Approval of Minutes
A. Minutes of the June 9, 2015 Meeting
Vice-Chairman Fred Weissman moved that the Minutes of the June 9, 2015 meeting to be approved with
a corrected attendance list. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Sandy Greenberg. The

Staff provided an update to the commission regarding Amdur Production's final details regarding its >,
upcoming festival. 3
B. Band Survey
Staff updated the commission regarding the progress of the survey. To date there had been 37 0
respondents and that the survey would be closed the following Monday.
C. Landscaping Contest
Staff updated the commission regarding the media push for the contest which included social media and

5. Village Report
Staff provided the commission with the status of the Howard Allen Events contract. Commissioner Alan
Nudelman updated the group on the status of several band activities and concerts.
6. Adjourn
A motion at adjourn was made by Commissioner Sandy Greenberg and was seconded by Commissioner
Sharon Borstein. The motion was past unanimously.
