RESOLUTION NO. 2023-20
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE SEMI-ANNUAL REVIEW OF CLOSED SESSION MINUTES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE,
COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, pursuant to Section 2.06 of the Open Meetings Act:
SECTION ONE: On June 19, 2023, the Corporate Authorities of the Village voted to approve the
following Closed Session minutes:
October 17, 2022 November 7, 2022 January 3, 2023
February 6, 2023 March 6, 2023 April 3, 2023
SECTION TWO: The Corporate Authorities of the Village determine that the need for confidentiality still
exists with regard to the approved minutes listed in Section One.
SECTION THREE: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
