A. ORDINANCE NO. 99- Amending Section 05.52.010 of Title
5 of the Village of Buffalo Grove Municipal Cole (attached).
Trustee Braiman.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve by motion.
SUMMARY: Amends the Ordinance which regulates the licensing
of coin operated food and vending machines to eliminate the
licensing requirement for those vending machines that dispense
soft drinks in their original containers.
B. ORDINANCE NO. 99 - Authorizing the Disposal,of.Surplus
Village Personal Property (attached). Trustee Glover.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve by motion.
SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Illinois Compiled Statues, tuts
Ordinance serves as a declaration of surplus property and
designates specific items for disposal through auction.
ORDINANCE NO. 99 Amending Chapter 520 Uquor
Controls (attached). President Hartstein.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve by motion.
SUMMARY: Revokes Class E licenses for Johnny Navo's Pastaria
and Chi Ho Restaurant.
D. RESOLUTION NO. 99- Authonzing.the Exton of a
Lease Agreement for Food Service at the Buffalo Grow°Conan titer •

SUMMARY: Establishes a lease with the new owner of the food
