PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of an amendment to the approved
Planned Unit Development for the Buffalo Grove Town Center to allow construction of an outdoor
play area and re-location of a trash refuse area in a location originally approved for landscaping,
service deliveries and pick-ups and parking.
The petitioner proposes to construct the outdoor play area as part of a Kid's Choice child daycare
center in the Phase I retail building at Town Center.
