PUBLIC HEARING SUBJECT: Consideration of amendment to Section 17.40.040.B - R-8 Multiple-Family Dwelling District and Section 17.40.050.B. - R-9 Multi-Family Dwelling District to include Child Day Care Home as a use that can be allowed as a Special Use in a single-family detached dwelling unit.
