PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for rezoning of
Lot 72 (part) from the B-1 Limited Retail District to the R-4A One
Family Dwelling District and a variation of Section 17 .44. 020.H. 1.
to allow a side yard of 11.30 feet instead of 12 feet for Lot 71
(part) .
The petitioner proposes to construct a single family residence on
Lot 72 (part) .
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The 11,200-square foot parcel
known as 936 S. Betty Drive (Lot 71 part) , and the vacant 8,800-
square foot parcel (Lot 72, part) adjoining and directly south of
the property at 936 S. Betty Drive.
