PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for rezoning from
the R-3 One Family Dwelling District to the R-4A One Family
Dwelling District and approval of a Preliminary Plan with the
following variation: DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE - Section 16.50.040.C.
(to allow side slopes of 2: 1 instead of 4: 1 and a cross slope of
less than 2 percent for a stormwater detention facility) .
The Preliminary Plan proposes a single-family subdivision of 11
lots.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately 4-acre
tract on the west side of Route 83 known as 940 McHenry Road.
