PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of
a Preliminary Plan in the Office and Research (O&R) District with
the following variation: ZONING ORDINANCE - Section 17.36.040.B.
and 17.36.040.G. 1. (to allow interior atrium space to be deducted
from the gross building floor area used to determine required off-
street parking for an office use) .
The Preliminary Plan proposes a temporary one-story bank facility
and a permanent three-story building of 72,500 gross square feet
including office space and a banking facility with a drive-in
operation.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately four-acre
tract at the intersection of Illinois Route 83 and Buffalo Grove
Road, west of the Cherbourg Townhomes.
