PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for annexation with zoning in the B-3 Planned
Business Center District and approval of a Preliminary Plan.
The petitioner proposes to construct a building of 4,587 square feet for a gasoline station/mini-mart/fast-
food restaurant with a drive-through window, and to construct a building of 1,000 square feet for a car
wash facility.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately 3.7-acre parcel at the
southwest corner of Illinois Route 83 and Arlington Heights Road.
