SUBJECT:Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of a rezoning from the B-4 Business Services
and Wholesale District to the B-3 Planned Business Center District for Lot 2 (the Seigle's building and parking
area) and approval of an amendment to the Planned Unit Development for the property.
The petitioner proposes to lease the Seigle's building on Lot 2 for use as a retail sales operation.
