variations: ZONING ORDINANCE - Section 17.32.020.F. (to allow accessory structures
(wood decks) to occupy more than 20 percent of the rear yeard area on designated
lots.)
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately 60 acres north of Buffalo
Grove Road, known as the Cherbourg Townhomes.
