SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for rezoning from the I
( Industrial ) District to the O&R ( Office and Research ) District or the B-3
Planned Business Center District for Lot 2 of the Woodland Commons Commerce
Center and for Preliminary Plan approval for the Condell Medical Center
facility on Parcel C of Lot 2 .
The Preliminary Plan proposes an immediate care facility and medical offices
in a building of approximately 28 , 000 square feet on a three-acre site .
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately eight-acre tract on
the north side of Illinois Route 22 east of Willow Parkway.
