SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for annexation
with Industrial zoning and approval of a Preliminary Plan with the
following variations: DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE - Section
16. 50. 040.C. 3 . (to waive the requirement for underdrains in the
stormwater detention basins) and Section 16.50. 040.D. (to allow the
building setback from the high water level of the detention basin
to be reduced from 25 feet to 10 feet) .
The Preliminary Plan proposes a one-story building of approximately
73 , 500 square feet.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately 3 . 32 acres
east of Weiland Road north of Lot 5 in the Abbott Business Center
and adjoining the Wisconsin Central Railroad tracks.
