SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for rezoning
from the R-1 One-Family Dwelling District to the R-9 Multiple-
Family Dwelling District, approval of a Special Use for a nursing
home and approval of a Preliminary Plan.
The Preliminary Plan proposes a 200-bed nursing home facility
in a three-story building with a height of approximately 38
feet. The building would have a total floor area of approximately
83 ,720 square feet.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately 4 . 2
acres on the west side of Weiland Road at Armstrong Drive north
of the Steepleview Condominiums.
