SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of
a Planned Unit Development and Preliminary Plan in the Industrial
District with the following variation: ZONING ORDINANCE - Section
17.48. 020.F.5.c. (to allow a landscaped setback for a parking area
of 15 feet instead of 30 feet along the east lot line where the
site abuts an unincorporated residential zoning district. )
The Preliminary Plan proposes four one-story buildings with a
total floor area of 158,620 square feet.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The 12.25 acre tract at the
southeast corner of Barclay Boulevard and Aptakisic Road in the
Arbor Creek Business Centre.
