SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for an amendment
of a Special Use in the R-4 and R-8 Zoning Districts and approval
of a Preliminary Plan concerning improvements to the Village Hall
building and parking areas. The Preliminary Plan proposes a
building addition of approximately 2,700 square feet for a new
Village Board room, an addition of approximately 1, 000 square feet
for office space, and the construction of approximately 23 parking
spaces.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The Clayton Municipal Campus
of the Village of Buffalo Grove located at Raupp Boulevard north of
Lake Cook Road.
