SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for amendment of
a Special Use in the R-6A Zoning District and approval of a
Preliminary Plan concerning a building addition and new parking
area at Fire Station No. 26. The Preliminary Plan proposes a
building addition of approximately 7, 027 square feet for
administrative and training use.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately 3 .9-acre
Fire Station No. 26 site at the southeast corner of Busch Road and
Highland Grove Drive.
