SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for a Special Use in the
R-4 and R-8 Zoning Districts and Preliminary Plan approval with the following
variations: Zoning Ordinance Variation - Section 17.32.020.A (to allow an
accessory structure to be located close to the front lot line than the main
building) ; Section 17.32.030.A (to allow an accessory structure to exceed the
height limitation of fifteen feet) . Municipal Code Variation - Section
15.20.040.A (to allow a fence to exceed the height limitation) ; Flood Plain
Ordinance Variation: Section 18.12.020.A.5 ;(grading within floodway of
Buffalo Creek.
Subject Property: The Municipal Campus and Golf Course located at Raupp
Boulevard and Lake Cook Road and at Raupp Boulevard and Church Street.
