SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for zoning in the R-2 (One
Family Dwelling) District upon annexation, and Preliminary Plan approval
with the following variations: DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE - Section 16.30.050.A.4
(to allow a cul-de-sac street to be 1,090 feet long) ; Section 16.50.040.C.4
(to allow a minimum pond bottom elevation of less than 15 feet below normal
water level) ; Section 16.50.040.C.4 (to allow the use of Enkamat erosion
control matting as a side slope treatment for a pond) ; Section
16.50.030.D.17.biii (to not provide an underdrain under a creek); Section
16.50.130.B.2 (to not meet the minimum slope requirement for land grading) .
FLOODPLAIN ORDINANCE ='Section 18.12.070.d. (to allow development work within
100 feet of the restricted floodway area).
Subject Property; The approximately 75.8 acre along
the north side of
Aptakisic Road across from Brandywyn .Lane.
