SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for zoning in the R-4
(One-Family Dwelling) District upon annexation, and Preliminary Plan approval
with the following variations: DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE - Section 16.50.040.C.4
(for a permanent pond - to allow the use of Enkamat rather than 18-inch
boulders in the 2:1 sloped area of the pond) ; Section 16.50.040.C.3 (for a
dry detention basin - to allow no underdrains; to allow a one percent slope
on the bottom of the basin instead of a tcwo3percent slope; and to allow a 3:1
side slope instead of a 6:1'side slope) .
Subject Property: The approximately 22.3 on the north side of Pauline Avenue
and west of Weiland Road.
