SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for zoning in the R-4
(One-Family Dwelling) District upon annexation (for Parcel 4 described below)
and a Special Use in the R-4 District and Preliminary Plan approval for a
public park facility for parcels 1, 2, 3 and 4 described below with the
following variations: DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE - Section 16.50.030.D.3.a (to
construct a storm sewer of less capacity than required by Ordinance) ; Section
16.50.080.A.1 (to not construct a sidewalk'.along,Checker Road) ; Section
16.50.100.A (to not provide street lighting along Checker Road); Section
16.50.120.A (to not provide parkway trees along Checker Road) ; Section
16.50.130.B.2 (to not meet the minimum slope requirement for land grading) .

the north and Checker Road on the south consisting of the existing Willow
