SUBJECT: ANNUAL UPDATE OF OUR ZONING MAP AND OFFICIAL MAP
Enclosed you will find a copy of our updated zoning map and
official map. State law requires that the zoning map be updated in March
of each year.
These updated maps depict not only all changes within the
Village over the past year, but it also reflects the current boundaries
of surrounding communities.
The zoning map only requires a recommendation from the Plan
Commission, however, the official map requires a public hearing. Therefore,
I would recommend that we set a public hearing date for April 2, 1980.
