A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISED 2023 PAY RANGES
FOR VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, on December 5, 2022, the Village President and Board of Trustees adopted the
Village of Buffalo Grove's fiscal year 2023 budget, and;
WHEREAS, on December 5, 2022, the Village President and Board of Trustees approved the
2023 pay ranges, and;
WHEREAS, the 2023 pay ranges have been revised to include the salaries for recently settled
collective bargaining agreements for police and fire groups.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
BUFFALO GROVE,COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
1. The Village of Buffalo Grove does hereby approve the revised 2023 Pay Ranges for Village of
Buffalo Grove Employees (attached).
2. The revised 2023 Pay Ranges will become effective upon approval, unless noted otherwise
within the attached Pay Range document or applicable collective bargaining agreement.
